Chasing Smoke was supposed to go to Stace Smith's World Finale Futurity last year, but we kept him another year because we thought he needed more time to develop.


We put a lot of trips on him this summer plus 2 Finals appearances and it paid off!!!


Chasing Smoke is exciting to watch and kicks as hard as any horse I've ever seen!


He took cowboys to several first place finishes over the past 2 years.

We have bucked him in the bareback and saddle bronc, and he is good.


He has a full brother MX831 Hangfire that bucked at the Texas HS Finals which they brought back for the Final Round. He showed very well!


This guy is sired by MX342 Buckingham, a full brother to MX23 Black Knight for Pete Carr Pro Rodeo. Black Knight has sired many of Pete's buckers he is packing down the road right now.


The dam to this gelding is a Kenny's Baldy daughter aka NFR High Low and her maternal sister is NFR Black Coffee.
